As an independent company, we draw on coatings from a number of manufacturers so that our customers get the very best that industry has to offer.
A large portion of our business is in restoring worn parts. We restore components of expensive turbines, pumps, compressors, motors, rolls, hydraulic cylinders, valves and other process components to original dimensions using thermal sprays at a fraction of the replacement cost. In addition, parts restored with thermal sprayed coatings often outlast original components due to the superior properties of the coatings.
In addition to restoring components, we often perform complete overhauls on large process pumps, blowers, grinders, valves and other industrial equipment. Our willingness to go the extra step and provide complete equipment repair service is just another example of Atlas Industrial Coating's committment to complete customer satisfaction.
Our commitment to urgent repair work - to keep downtime to a minimum - is well known. Critical parts are put back into service faster than with any other repair method. And, since they are rebuilt with premimum coatings, with greater wear and corrosion resistance than the original metal, they will often outlast new parts by 20 to 1, reducing future downtime. Long waits for new replacement parts are eliminated. We also maintain drawings for our customers of frequently used parts such as sleeves, plungers, rods and shafts so that we can quickly supply a new part complete with coated wear areas, on a moment's notice.
We offer a full service facility to our customers. That means your parts are prepared, coated, machined and finished under one roof. Our extensive grinding facilities allow us to meet the exacting tolerances required for turbines and rolls be they coated with alloys, carbides or ceramics. We also offer super finishing to provide mirror surfaces better than 2 µ inches Ra.
At times, equipment sizes or downtime limitations make removing a part for repair undesirable. In those instances, we work at your location to provide rapid, high quality service.
We offer 24 hr/day pick up and delivery of parts and equipment. Our location in Bridgeport, New Jersey is convenient to all of New Jersey, Delaware, and eastern Pennsylvania. Just minutes from the Philadelphia International airport, we can receive, repair and return components worldwide in surprisingly little time.
